Carwaii Products

PD Armor

CARWAii PD Armor is a solvent resistant top coating designed for Plasti Dip.

PD Armor Gloss is a durable, scratch resistant coating that gives that ultimate High Gloss look to your Dip.
To enhance the High Gloss effect you can use wet sanding to smooth out the surface, and then polish back till it shines perfectly.
This way the final result will look great, and even feels like quality OEM car paint.

PD Armor Matte gives more of a Satin finish to your matte dip.
It has the same solvent & chemical resistant features as PD Armor Gloss.
Because of the matte finish wet sanding is only recommended for PD Armor Gloss.

Both PD Armor Gloss and Matte are available in a 1 liter kit containing: A- 850ml  &  B-150ml201309112258366790
This is enough to do a “BMW M3” sized car. Or any other sedan.
After mixing A & B the product is ready to use, and is best used directly after mixing.

So our revolutionary PD Armor not only protects Plasti Dip from solvent or scratches, it also makes it look much better.
And, you can still peel it off later.

Plasti Dip

For years now, Plasti Dip by Performix USA is the leading product in the Dip scene.
This product doesn’t need explanation, but for those who are not familiar: it all started with Plasti Dip.
Not to forget that a great man from Dipyourcar made it accessible to the bigger audience, is part of the success of Plasti Dip, and why cars are being dipped nowadays.

Here is some more information:

Plasti Dip is a multi-purpose, air dry, specialty rubber coating. It can be easily applied by dipping, brushing, or spraying. Plasti Dip protective coating is ideal for a broad array of do-it-yourself projects around the home, garage, garden, and elsewhere. It protects coated items against moisture, acids, abrasion, corrosion, and skidding/slipping, and provides a comfortable, controlled grip. Plasti Dip remains flexible and stretchy over time, and will not crack or become brittle in extreme weather conditions. It has been tested and proven in temperatures from -30°F to 200°F.

Using Plasti Dip Spray in cooler temperatures may affect drying times, finish quality, and spray performance. If you plan on spraying your project in cooler conditions, we recommend pre-warming the aerosol can by placing it in a warm room and allowing the contents to reach room temperature. Under no circumstances should users subject the aerosol can to temperatures above 120°F or use heat from an open flame or other sources of ignition to pre-warm the spray can. Additionally, cooler conditions may affect the surface you are spraying. If you are concerned about spraying your project in cooler temperatures, test in an inconspicuous area first to ensure the resulting finish will be what you’re looking for.
